During the convocation, an official photography company has already been appointed
to take photos of you receiving the scroll from the Chancellor.
Thus, we seek your co-operation to remind your family members who will be attending
the convocation ceremony not to crowd the stage to take pictures as this will disrupt the flow of the event and also obstruct the view of other guests.
On top of the stage photographs, the company will be taking group pictures by faculty on your convocation day.
They will also be setting up makeshift studio for you to take studio pictures with your family members.
The studio will be located at the new FOM building, next to the Grand Hall.
Please refer to the attached files on the information of the services offered by the photo company.
We will also be giving a briefing on photography session on the day of the rehearsal.
Do come and pay attention as we want to help you capture the important moment in your life nicely.

Those who are paying for replacement card can collect your replacement card at SmartCard Counter Cyberjaya Campus start from 4th August until rehearsal day.

Please be informed that currently the Faculties are in the midst of submitting your name to Board Examiner and Senate for endorsement of your Graduation Status. For your information, the endorsement is done
via circulation and it requires three working days for the Senate Secretary to update and inform us on the approval status based on the
date of circulation.
Therefore, we would appreciate if you could state your Student ID when you enquire on your Graduation Status, why can\\\\\\\'t you register, etc. We will check your student ID and shall update you the \\\\\\\'current\\\\\\\' status
regularly.
We are also in the midst of sending the Notification of Convocation
letter to Graduates. Should the letter has not reached, you may view the attached file for further information.

The smartcard activation for convocation will be open again a week before convocation until rehearsal day.
Date : 4th - 8th August 2008
Venue : Ext Hall(MPH), MMU Cyberjaya
You can come on that day and please bring along your MMU Smartcard.

Please take note that you are not able to log in to the Convocation Registration at this point of time. You will be able to do so after the Senate has endorsed your status as a graduate.
We are expecting the Senate meeting for the endorsement of graduate status in early July. You may check your name in the List of Graduate latest by 10 July 2008. Only after this date, you will be able to log in into the Convocation Registration.
