Please be informed that the smartcard activation process for convocation registration will begin as below:
Cyberjaya
Date : 3 - 7 August 2009
Time : 8.30 am - 5.30 pm (Monday - Friday)
Venue : Ext Hall MPH, Cyberjaya, MMU
Please bring along your MMU Smartcard or Mykad(with TouchnGo label) for convo activation purpose. The Smartcard counter is opened to verify the functionality of your existing smart card.
The final smart card verification is compulsory to all graduate students before they proceed with the convocation event.

PARENTS/GUESTS WITH CARD ARE ALLOWED TO ENTER THE HALL AT 7.00 AM.
GUESTS ATTENDING THE CONVOCATION CEREMONY ARE REQUIRED TO BE SEATED BY 8.00AM
PARENTS/GUESTS ARE NOT ALLOWED TO ENTER THE CONVOCATION HALL ONCE THE CEREMONY IS ON.
PARENTS ARE NOT ALLOWED TO LEAVE THE HALL UNTIL THE CONVOCATION CEREMONY END.
EACH CARD IS ALLOWED FOR TWO PERSONS.
GUESTS BELOW AGE 12-YEAR OLD ARE NOT ALLOWED TO ENTER THE CONVOCATION HALL.
GUESTS WITHOUT CARD CAN VIEW LIVE TELE-CAST CONVOCATION CEREMONY AT LECTURE HALL 1, 2, 3 & 4.
PARENTS/GUESTS DRESS CODE
MALE
DRESS IN NATIONAL ATTIRE, LOUNGE SUITS, LONG SLEEVED SHIRT OR BATIK SHIRT.
FEMALE
DRESS IN NATIONAL, OFFICIAL ATTIRE OR SUITABLE FOR THE CONVOCATION CEREMONY
CONVOCATION PHOTOGRAPHS
PHOTOGRAPHING FACILITIES IS AVAILABLE FROM PROFESSIONAL PHOTOGRAPHERS DESIGNATED BY THE UNIVERSITY DURING THE CEREMONY. PARENTS/GUESTS ARE PROHIBITIED FROM STANDING/LEAVING THEIR SEATS TO TAKE ANY PHOTOGRAPHS.
NO ONE WILL BE ALLOWED TO TAKE A SNAPSHOT.
GRADUATES ARE TO ADVISE THEIR PARENTS/GUESTS PRIOR TO THIS EVENT.
BREAKFAST
PARENTS/GUESTS ARE ADVISED TO HAVE BREAKFAST BEFORE ENTER THE CONVOCATION HALL.
BREAKFAST CAN BE PURCHASED AT FCM CAFÉ, CAFETERIA TAU, FOM CAFÉ, CONVO FEST STALLS (MISRI’S PLAZA).
THE CAFES WILL START OPERATION AT 6.30AM.
